Stansted Park lists Father Christmas visits and festive events

Stansted Park, the estate at Rowlands Castle (PO9 6DX), has published its festive programme for November and December 2026 on its what's on page, which was showing the dates on 5 October 2026.

Meet Father Christmas

The park lists Meet Father Christmas at Stansted House on Friday 27, Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 November, between 9.30am and 4pm, with the event starting at the North Entrance and Mansion Car Park. The park says families get 30 minutes of arts and crafts with its elves and a further 30 minutes with Father Christmas, who tells a special story and gives each child a gift. Hot chocolate, tea, coffee and mince pies are served in the Old Kitchen afterwards.

General admission tickets are for one adult and one child and cost £25. Up to two additional children can be added at £18 each and one additional adult at £10, with a maximum group size of 20 adults and children per session. The park says step-free access is available, although the lift cannot accommodate some motorised wheelchairs or mobility scooters, and that only assistance dogs are allowed inside the house. Tickets are sold online through Ticket Tailor.

Other festive dates

The what's on page also lists a Christmas Calligraphy Workshop on Friday 20 November, Christmas Wreath Workshops on 26, 27 and 28 November, A Christmas Carol on Friday 4 and Saturday 5 December, and a Classical Christmas Concert with Peter and Verity Auty on Friday 11 December. The page also lists an Armistice Talk on Thursday 5 November by Major General James Cowan CBE DSO, chief executive of The HALO Trust.
