Dean Keating: AI Automation Consultant in Horndean and Publisher of This Directory

A profile that sits outside the lists

On 10 October 2026 this directory held 174 other businesses across eleven categories, from accountants and solicitors to garages, gyms and takeaways. Those entries are ranked on public information. Nobody pays to be in them.

The AI automation category is different. It holds one profile, and it belongs to the person who runs the site. It is labelled as the publisher's own business, it is not a paid slot, and it is not ranked against anyone. He has no rated Google business listing either, so there is no star score that could be used to rank him.

Where he works from

He is based in the village this site covers, on the A3 between Portsmouth and Petersfield. The build and install are done remotely and his website says that works anywhere in the UK. He does not need to be in your premises to set things up, because everything is installed inside the tools you already use. His website also says he can visit businesses in Hampshire or nearby in person, so if you would rather talk across a table, say so on the first call.

What he builds

Dean builds AI agents and puts them where your team already works. His website lists the jobs. Replying to new enquiries within minutes, day or night. Following up every lead until they book or say no. Sending quotes and chasing the ones nobody has answered. Booking jobs into the diary. Answering common questions across email, web and WhatsApp. Sorting and routing messages, sending updates, confirmations and reminders, and passing awkward cases to a person. Raising invoices and chasing late payments. Copying details from one system to another. Putting together the weekly report.

The website describes the service as installed for you, not handed over. He builds it, installs it, trains your team and supports it.

How a job starts

There are four steps: a free call, an audit of the work that is worth automating, the build and install, and then training and support. He starts with the single task that would make the most difference, rather than trying to automate the whole business at once. You leave the free call with a plan you can use with or without him.

There is no published price list. The cost depends on what is being automated and is given after the free call, with no obligation.

What his own website says about him

It says he is a Shopify 10K Award winner, that he has spent more than ten years in marketing, that more than a million orders have been driven through Meta ads he ran, and that he did five years as a professional stand-up comedian before moving into marketing. He also builds websites for trades and small businesses and does SEO. These are his claims, from his own sites, and we have not checked them for you.

What it is not

It is not a course, it is not someone answering your phone, and it is not a chatbot product you subscribe to. It is a build-and-install service for the repetitive jobs done at a computer.

Weigh it like any other supplier

Because he publishes this site, treat this page as a description from the seller. Ask for the free call, ask what exactly would be automated first, and talk to at least one other provider. If you run a business in Clanfield, Catherington, Lovedean, Blendworth or Rowlands Castle, the process is identical.

About this guide

Horndean.co is published by Dean Keating, who also runs the service described here, and he is based in Horndean. That makes this the publisher's own business, so it is not an independent recommendation and it is not ranked. The setup is done inside your own tools, and his website says he can visit businesses in Hampshire or nearby in person. Compare other providers before you decide.
